We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions, or human error. This website operates on an ‘invitation to treat’ basis and not as an ‘offer for sale’ as a result. Nutribuddy Ltd reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

On some occasions, International orders outside the EU might take longer to be concluded due to customs clearance times. This is considered to be a situation beyond our control.

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

SUBSCRIBE & SAVE
We offer a Subscribe & Save option for certain products. This allows you to agree to receive on-going shipments of your chosen product(s) in exchange for a reduced price. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
The Subscribe and Save plan which we offer on some of our products, consist of an initial charge and then followed by recurring period charges until canceled.
The frequency of the shipments is chosen by you at the point of setting up the subscription.
By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
Your subscription authorisation will automatically continue until cancellation. If you wish to terminate your authorisation, please see Account Cancellations below.
By subscribing to nutribuddy.com Subscribe and Save you are agreeing to pay further subscription payments after your initial payment as set out in the Subscribe and Save section for the product. You may change what is coming in each shipment before hand from your account page. When making changes you will see the updated total payment which will be taken when the renewal order is generated.
Account Cancellations. If you wish to cancel your monthly Subscribe and Save subscription with us, you must cancel at least one 1 hours before next order is due to be generated in order to avoid receiving the following periods product(s). Customers cancelling post deadline will receive the following periods product(s) as their last shipment. To cancel please log in to your nutribuddy.com account here: https://nutribuddy.com/my-account/ then load up the subscription you wish to cancel and and click the ‘cancel subscription’ button and complete the cancelation form.
There is no penalty for cancelation.
In the case of a failed payment for a renewal order, our system may automatically re-attempt payment at a number of set periods for your connivence. We may re-attempt payment for up to 2 months after the failed payment date. If you do not wish us to re-attempt a failed payment, you may cancel your subscription from your account area.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
If you make payment by Credit or Debit card on our secure website, we submit this encrypted information to Paypal who then process payment. We never keep or store any payment information. All Paypal payments are processed by Paypal security on Paypal’s website.
We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about our customers to any outside party. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals. We may contact you by email with any additional products, services and information that we think may be of interest to you. From time to time a tiny minority try to take advantage of these policies and risk spoiling it for the vast majority of our loyal & trustworthy customers. In such cases where we belive our policies are being exploited we will act quickly and directly to deal with these matters to safe guard our policies for our customers.
We reserve the right to suspend any accounts which we belive at our complete discretion to be failing to comply in good faith with our terms and conditions or other policies. These include but are not limited to earning Nutribuddy Points for writing reviews for products which have not been purchased purely for the reward of Points. denial of receipt of orders or claiming incorrect products sent when we have good reason to belive this is being done fraudulently and in bad faith. Any Nutribuddy Points or other rewards on these accounts will no longer be valid after account suspension. We also reserve the right to refuse and refund any orders at our complete discretion.
