Where is my order / how long will my order take to arrive?

When you selected your delivery method on the checkout page, it will have shown the estimated number of working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays etc) for delivery. This is also included in your order confirmation email.

You will receive an email when your order is shipped and this is the date from which the delivery estimate starts.
