Strawberries are fantastic sources of Vitamin C, manganese and a whole host of antioxidants. Combined with the impressive calcium content of yoghurt and wholesome wholegrains of granola, this little dish has it all.
Mix and match with different granolas and nuts, flavoured yoghurts and/or berries to find a combination that works best for you. It’s totally vegetarian but can be made vegan by substituting with a dairy-free yoghurt for an easy alternative.

Strawberry & Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 tsp of agave/honey
- 1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup granola
Method
1. Combine strawberries and agave in a small bowl and let stand until the berries start to release juice, about 5 minutes.
2. To assemble parfait, layer yoghurt and the strawberries with their juice in a cup. Top with granola.
