This easy-to-make superfood shake contains just 4 ingredients and takes seconds to blitz together. It's made with the 100% vegan Nutribuddy High-Protein Sculpting Shake, but feel free to substitute this for another source of protein, such as nuts or seeds. - 30g Nutribuddy High-Protein Shake OR a hanful of nuts and seeds
- 1 pear
- 75g frozen blueberries
- 50ml fresh apple juice


  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
