If you asked a room of people what their favourite fruit was, we can gurantee no one would say cranberries.

But we think these vibrant little berries are totally underestimated. Not only do they come with an incredible nutritional profile, but they also deliver a mega dose of antioxidants. Additionally, cranberries have been proven to lower the risk of urinary tract infections, prevent some types of cancer, improve immune function and decrease blood pressure.

Not everyone likes the slightly bitter taste of cranberries, but thankfully, blending them up with some oats and vegan yoghurt makes they're a little easier on your palette!

With that said, this creamy vegan oat and cranberry smoothie will help you to boost your cranberry-consumption and give you a healthy morning boost of protein. Winner!

Cranberries & Oats

Creamy Oat & Cranberry Breakfast Smoothie

Prep time: 5 minutes | Makes: 1 | Vegan

INGREDIENTS

- 30g Nutribuddy Sculpting Protein or Shake Complete
- 25g rolled/jumbo oats
- 25g dried cranberries
- 150ml cranberry juice
- 100g soya yoghurt

METHOD

  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth - it's that simple!
