Ingredients
• 30g Nutribuddy Protein Powder or Nutribuddy Complete Powder
• 25g rolled/jumbo oats
• 25g dried cranberries
• 150ml cranberry juice
• 100g soya yoghurt
Method
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
