Filled with nutritious fruits, zingy citrus and a dose of protein for tummy-filling-power, you can whip up this muesli shake and drink it on-the-go. One shake contains a whopping 50% of your daily protein requirements, with only 340 calories and 6.2g of fat - pretty impressive, huh?
Museli seems to garnered a little bit of a bad reputation amongst health food lovers of late - but it's not all bad. Just be careful with the brand you pick, as some cheaper brands are (quite literally) packed with sugar. Go for the most natural, low-fat brand you can find - and make sure to check that it has no added sugar.
Prep & cooking time: 5 minutes | Serves: 1 | Vegan
• 30g Nutribuddy Protein Powder
• 8g fresh root ginger, chopped
• 1 chopped apricot (or any fruit you have available!)
• 25g low fat fruit muesli
• 200ml oat milk
• 1 tsp lime or lemon juice
• 2 tbsp soya or coconut yoghurt
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
