This green, tangy drink might just be a shake, but it comes with an impressive nutritional profile. Made with fresh pineapple and spinach, as well as a little lime and mint for that added tangy flavour, it’s packed with health-boosting vitamins.

INGREDIENTS

- 30g Nutribuddy High-Protein Sculpting Shake
- 100g pineapple (peeled, cored and cut into chunks)
- A few mint leaves
- 25g spinach leaves
- 12g oats
- 1 tbsp linseed/flaxseed
- Handful cashew nuts
- A slice of fresh lime

METHOD

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz together until smooth.
  2. Add your slice of lime - give it a lil squeeze, too!
