Ingredients

• 30g Nutribuddy Protein powder
• 100g pineapple (peeled, cored and cut into chunks)
• A few mint leaves
• 100ml oat milk
• 25g spinach leaves (optional)
• 12g oats
• 1 tbsp linseed/flaxseed
• Handful cashew nuts
• A slice of fresh lime

Method

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
