- 30g Nutribuddy Sculpting Protein
- 100g pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into chunks
- A few mint leaves
- 25g spinach leaves
- 12.5g oats
- 1 tbsp linseeds
- Handful cashew nuts
- Fresh lime juice, to taste

METHOD

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
