Bananas are probably the most filling fruit going, thanks to their high pectic (a type of solube fibre) content. That means a morning banana boost will help you avoid the dreaded mid-morning munchies!

Mango is packed with polyphenols, which function as antioxidants which can decrease the risk of cancer, boost skin health and reduce the signs of ageing. Mango is a great immunity-booster, with one cup providing 10% of your vitamin A (which fights off and prevents infections) requirements.
