INGREDIENTS

- 30g Nutribuddy Sculpting Protein
- ½ peeled, sliced banana
- 125ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 tsp agave
- A little grated nutmeg
- 1 tsp chopped hazelnuts, to serve

METHOD

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
