1. Morning Fuel Super Smoothie
This is a great smoothie for those who wish to have an energy kick in the morning. This recipe is bursting with vitamins and minerals, is high in healthy fats and naturally occurring sugars from fruit.
Ingredients
- 3 scoops (30g) Nutribuddy Pure Shake (any flavour)
- 100ml unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1 banana (peeled and cut into chunks)
- 200g mixed berries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp goji berries
- 1 tsp mixed seeds (flax, sunflower and pumpkin are great choices)
Method

2. Creamy and Hearty Oaty Smoothie

- 1 banana (peeled and cut into chunks)

3. Pure Green Smoothie

Ingredients

- 100g spinach
- 100ml water
- 50g pineapple (cut into chunks)
- 50 mango (cut into chunks)
- 1 banana (peeled and cut into chunks)
- 1 tsp mixed seeds
Method
- Add the spinach leaves and water to your blender and blend until there are no noticeable chunks left.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.

4. Creamy Almond and Flaxseed Smoothie
