I really enjoy the porridge.. light, filling and great taste. However, I don’t have a scoop. So measuring the milk is confusing .. (3xscoops = 30gs, so you would assume 6xscoops= 60mls) but the porridge tends to burn/dry out. So I’ve been putting 90mls of milk? Probably means I’m not on the right calorie intake.. I tried to order free scoop at the time but it was sold out and now you have to buy it separately.. not very fair.

Thanks for your review on our porridge!
We made the decision to phase out plastic scoops to be more environmentally friendly, and replaced them with the stainless steels scoops.
Unfortunately, the delivery of the stainless steel scoops was delayed due to COVID, so we did have a period where we’d ran out of plastic scoops and our stainless steel scoops hadn’t arrived, which I am sorry about.
For milk, a scoop equates to just under 20ml of milk, so for 6 scoops you’ll want to add 120ml milk along with the 30g of the porridge. If you prefer the porridge with 90ml though that’s not a problem.
The calories listed on the porridge pouch doesn’t include your milk, so if you’ve been adding the calories for 90ml milk to that you’ll be correct on your calorie intake.

OMG!!! I love porridge with all stuff you can put in, however, every time i have porridge it doesn’t take much time for me to be hungry again! People say it will keep you going for hours- that’s a lie! Nutribuddy porridge is different! I was sceptical to try as i though it will be the same as other porridges, but NO. Nurtubuddy chia and coconut porridge is amazing, very tasty and full of goodness and for sure keeps you going for hours! I am having this porridge every day for a week now and i do not think i will be switching to any other porridge now for a very long time. I feel great and satisfied.

I really enjoyed this porridge! I had it for lunch as I was having the chocolate and matcha shake for breakfast, I added a bit of sugar free chocolate spread, some walnuts and strawberries and it was devine.
