The most important thing at Nutribuddy is to make sure all our customers are as happy as possible. Nothing makes us smile more than reading glowing customer reviews from delighted people who have been ecstatic with our products and/or support received.

Our customer service team are expected to achieve 100% customer satisfaction ratings. This might sound like a crazy idea but we're fanatical about great customer service, even as we continue to experience rapid growth!

Although 90% of customers love our products, we know that everyone's taste-buds are different and some people may not gel as well with the products. If you aren't keen on something, we still want you to have a fabulous experience with Nutribuddy and so we have developed our 31-day happiness guarantee.

Nutribuddy's 31-Day Happiness Guarantee

There are 2 parts to our guarantee. There's our happiness guarantee for unopened products and a happiness guarantee for opened products. First, let's look at the unopened product guarantee.

Happiness Guarantee for Unopened Products

If your products are unopened and unused, you have several options to choose from:

1. You can return these for a cash refund minus a small £5 re-stocking fee and any shipping costs.

2. You can return these for a full points refund (instead of giving you a cash refund we will give you the amount you spent in points, eg if you spent £20, we will give you 20 points which you can use to buy an alternative item from our store).

This guarantee applies to any item in your box. Even if you have used some products, you can still claim your unopened product happiness guarantee on the products in your package that have not been opened. For example, if you ordered a Meal Replacement Bundle and only opened 1 item, you can still return the rest of the products for a refund minus the restocking fee and then claim the opened happiness guarantee for the opened product.

Happiness Guarantee for Opened Products

If you have opened your products and are not satisfied, there are several options available for you within 31-days of ordering:

1. Request an alternative flavour or product. If you are not a fan of 1 product you have received, you can request an alternative flavour or product (with a similar RRP) without sending anything back to us. However, if there are multiple products you want to exchange, we may request you return them back to us in order to receive an exchange.

2. Receive a full points refund. If you are not a fan of 1 product you have received, you can request for a full refund in points on that item without sending it back to us. How this works is, if you spent £20 on an item, you will receive 20 Nutribuddy points (worth £20) which you can use to purchase anything at our store in future. However, if there are multiple products you want to receive a points refund on, we may request you return them back to us in order to receive your points refund.
