All UK parcel deliveries come with a tracking code which provides delivery confirmation once Royal Mail have attempted delivery.
*We currently offer free UK delivery on orders over £50. This excludes very heavy orders (over 12kg).
Rest of World
FREE overseas shipping when you spent over £150 and discounted overseas shipping rates for orders under £150.

Orders being placed for delivery outside of the UK may be subject to customs charges or import duties which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country.
These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise what the cost may be (customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country).
PLEASE NOTE we currently do not offer shipping to Ireland due to ongoing problems with parcels failing to pass through customs.
CUT OFF TIMES
We always prioritise shipment of 1st class orders. We aim to dispatch these on the same working day when ordered before 1pm. However, as we're a small team we can't always guarantee this.
For orders with Second Class or Free Shipping, dispatch times vary, however, we do our best to ensure that your delivery arrives within the stated time-frames. The time-frame for each shipping method is shown when you place your order and choose your delivery option and also on your order confirmation email.
Please be sure to double check your delivery and product details before placing the order as we cannot change any order details! If you enter any incorrect details including delivery address and postcode we cannot change it for you in time.
