1. The Nutribuddy Happiness Guarantee

Our customer service team are expected to achieve 100% customer satisfaction ratings. This might sound like a crazy idea but we're fanatical about great customer service, even as we continue to experience rapid growth!  To help achieve 100% customer satisfaction, we introduced our 31 Day Happiness Guarantee.

31-Day Happiness Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your Nutribuddy.com purchase. If for any reason you're not loving your new product, we'll accept it back, even if its opened. Just as long as you let us know within 31 days of the order date. Once we receive it back, we'll give you your choice of either another flavour of the product* or Nutribuddy Points for the value of the remaining product, so you can buy something else you love. That's guaranteed happiness!

We will always try our absolute best to ensure you receive a personal response to your email within 24 hours, Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays. All our customer service team use Nutribuddy products on a regular basis. This translates into really helpful and friendly support.

2. We avoid stabilisers, emulsifiers, thickeners or preservatives

Do you know just how many products use these chemicals? Most products in our industry use these chemicals. Yeah, these chemicals may make powders mix well and give a smooth texture to your shake but we don't like them. So, we have made a commitment to exclude these form any new product.. Sure, our Breakfast Shake may have the odd flake of coconut and leave an oaty residue at the bottom of your shaker but we think this is a good thing as it's a sign that the product is completely natural and safe.

3. We refrain from using allergens

We don't want to deprive anyone of our yummy products so our products contain zero allergens*. Gluten-free, soy-free, lactose-free, nut-free... I could go on. Soya is a common ingredient in vegan products but lots of people are allergic or just don't like it. As a result, we do not use soya in our vegan products. Then there's the gluten-free aspect. Did you know most oats are grown with ingredients containing gluten and are therefore contaminated? We make sure all our products contain the best oats which have no contamination. Our oats are frequently tested throughout the harvesting process to make sure they are classed as gluten-free. Hard work but definitely worth it!

*Sculpting Protein Shake (whey protein variety) contains soya and whey protein (whey protein contains lactose).

4. We have started using recyclable glass packaging

It's very rare to come across products sold online in a glass jar. Glass jars are heavy and fragile so can be difficult for companies to work with, I'm sure. But glass jars are attractive, stylish and best of all, recyclable! All our glass jars are well looked after and shipped out in a bubble bag as well as having extra padding around it to prevent breakages.

With our Breakfast jars, you can re-use them, topping them up with any new Breakfast shakes you buy. They can be used for years and eventually recycled.

Our product development team are looking into bringing out recyclable versions 🙂

5. We don't stock our products with any retailers

The reason for this is simple. We have a very high standard of customer care ( we recently scored 100% positive feedback from customers in 1 month!) and want to keep this up. If we start selling through other retailers, our customers would be dealing with their customer support. Each retailer has its own policies and guarantees which wouldn't be consistent with our own.

We also offer special discounts and offers through our email software. Any customers who purchase through another retailer won't be signed up to this list and would miss out on these amazing offers which just isn't fair.

Don't get me started on the Nutribuddy points! Our Nutribuddy points are an amazing points system (which I will go into in another point) that truly reward our customers when they order again. Retailers would not be able to offer you this and you would miss out on these great discounts.

So we believe keeping our products exclusive to nutribuddy.com is truly beneficial to our customers 🙂

6. We give our products fun, sometimes cheeky names

Some of our product names may be a little 'out there'. HotSlim and Hunger Fix spring to mind. They may be a little controversial but they're fun and unique. Plus, they totally make sense.

HotSlim is a warm drink so some might call it 'hot' 😉 and it's low-calories are prefect for slimming down - 'slim'.

Hunger Fix 'fixes' those annoying hunger pangs which can persist even after you've indulged in a healthy meal. I should know - I'm always hungry!

Nutribuddy have never been one to follow crowds and need choose names that speaks out to echo our crazy ethos and healthiness!

7. We're Going Vegan!

Veganism is a growing trend and we are fully on-board with supporting this. We are adamant about having our products accessible to everyone! Not only do we want to supply to everyone, we really believe in the vegan way of life and are passionate about producing 100% vegan products.

Therefore every product which we are launching from now on will be totally plant-based and cruelty-free. Currently only 1 product which we sell isn't vegan - our Sculpting Whey. Because were are really adamant about being a completely vegan brand, we will be gradually phasing Sculpting Whey out for a vegan alternative.

8. We offer an amazing rewards system for our customers

We have an awesome rewards system in place called 'Nutribuddy Points'. What are Nutribuddy Points? You may ask. Well, when you order a Nutribuddy product through nutribuddy.com you will earn £1's worth of Nutribuddy Points for every £10 spent. For example, if you spent £30, you would earn £3's worth of Nutribuddy points. You can then use these £3's Nutribuddy Points to get £3 off your next order with us. When you make the next order you will also earn more Nutribuddy Points! Wow!

We truly believe our rewards system is one of the best out there. We also believe it's much better than discount codes. Why? Often the discounts you get with Nutribuddy Points are far greater (for example 10% off Nutribuddy Breakfast would be £1.50 saving whereas a £2 worth of Nutribuddy Point's discount from ordering a Breakfast in the past gives you £2 off) and they're also guaranteed. Whilst discount codes may run every so often, Nutribuddy Points are always there.
