I have a problem with the items in my order

Each order comes with a packing slip. Our packing team ticks off each item as they place it in your box. We also photograph the contents of each box before it’s sealed. You can see the name of the team member who packed your order.

If despite our best efforts, you find that you are missing an item or you have an incorrect item, please click the link below to request a replacement item. We will then investigate very quickly by speaking to the packer of your order and reviewing the photograph of your box. We will aim to complete our investigation and send out your replacement product within 1 day, to ensure you get the correct products as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience.  We are constantly making improvements to minimise the number of pick and pack errors as we know this can be very frustrating!
