WHEN DO I TAKE MY SCULPTING WHEY?
So there are many ways to take the Nutribuddy Sculpting Whey. Perhaps the easiest is taking the Nutribuddy Sculpting Whey shake as a snack or meal replacement or after exercise.
Taking Nutribuddy as a snack replacement is good if you often feel peckish throughout the day. So, after breakfast, if you are still hungry, you can take a serving to satisfy your hunger. It’s low calories with 115 calories per serving so is a healthy alternative to snacking. Alternatively, you can take your serving after lunch as a snack replacement – whenever you feel the most hungry! You can only take one serving per day but if you feel peckish a lot, you can have half a serving in the morning and half in the afternoon.
You can also take Nutribuddy Sculpting Whey as a meal replacement. If you decide to do this, we recommend using it to replace only one meal a day. You can replace either lunch or dinner.
Alternatively, you can use our Sculpting Whey in meals eg protein porridge or protein pancakes. This helps to make your meal more filling.
Sculpting Whey can also be taken before or after exercise.
