How do I track my order / why is my tracking not working?

Once your order is dispatched, you will be emailed your unique tracking code.

You can also log into your account area and click the order tracking link too.

Once you have received your tracking code, you can track your order on the Royal Mail website: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

When does the tracking start working?

Our tracking code will start to work once Royal Mail have scanned the item, usually the night after it is dispatched.

What does the tracking show?

Then the tracking code will just show an update once a delivery attempt as has been made.

It’s basic tracking but much better than no tracking which is what we used to get with Royal Mail parcels. The technical name is ‘delivery confirmation’ and that’s essentially what it does – it confirms delivery or attempted delivery.

Tracking says they attempted delivery but I don’t have a Something For You card.
